Our Pork Bacon Ends are the real-deal, irregular pieces and thick cuts that come from trimming our pasture raised bacon slabs. They are meatier, chunkier, and more intensely flavored than standard bacon strips, and they come at a tremendous value. If you love bacon and want more of it for your money, this is your product.

Our hogs are raised on chemical free pastures and woods where they can root, roam, and forage naturally. They are fed a corn, soy, and flax free non-GMO diet and raised with no antibiotics, no added hormones, and no vaccines. The same clean pork that goes into our premium bacon slabs goes into every pack of bacon ends.

Bacon ends are a secret weapon in the kitchen. Chefs and home cooks who know, know. Once you start cooking with them you will always want a bag in the freezer.

We ship your bacon ends frozen with dry ice in eco friendly insulated packaging straight to your door, so you always have a clean, trusted protein ready to add bold, smoky depth to any meal.

Our meats are delivered frozen to best preserve the quality. We pack our products into insulated boxes with dry ice so even if you're not home when they are delivered they will stay fresh until you unpack them the evening of delivery.

We deliver all across the USA, except for Hawaii and Alaska.

There is a $99, $125, or $175 order minimum, depending on your state, to ensure we have enough product in your box to maintain a safe shipping temperature.

We deliver orders on a weekly basis and you will be given an estimated delivery date prior to confirming your order. Orders can arrive in as early as 2 days depending upon your order date. Deliveries will occur during standard UPS delivery times.

If your meat arrives damaged, or you’re not satisfied with the quality, email us within 10 days and we’ll replace it or credit your account – your choice.

How We Raise Our Pork

We raise various crosses of heritage breeds of hogs. Our hogs are probably my favorite animal on the farm. We work with a trusted breeder who provides top quality hogs for our pastured pork operation, but eventually we will take on the task of raising piglets ourselves.

The hogs spend their entire lives running about, laying under shade trees, taking mud baths and tilling the land with their powerhouse snouts.

The forest area that they live in is a combination of diversified pasture and wooded area. Hogs love the shade and, in the summer, they need it! We move them to a new paddock every 7 to 14 days depending on the weather, so they constantly have access to new forage. We start with piglets in the early spring and raise them for harvest in the fall.

Heritage breeds are known for their friendly personalities and their meat is prized for juiciness, flavor and tenderness. Our pork is pink-hued and heavily marbled for a delicious taste!

Our hogs are fed an all-natural, non-GMO, corn, flaxseed & soy free feed. It consists wheat, barley, peas, probiotics, vitamins and minerals.

We never use antibiotics or growth hormones. All of our pork is processed at a family owned USDA inspected facility.

    Delicious, not greasy!

Just enough spice to make it super tasty! I can pair it with my eggs for breakfast, but I also threw it on my leftover pizza. It complements both. I expected it to be greasy and it just isn’t. It’s great.

This was my first order from Ayers Valley Farm Meats. My family is extremely pleased with the quality of the meat we have received and the variety of cuts. The portions are perfect. The pork chops were the best we'd ever had! I am noticing that my digestive issues are improving, as is my skin. I highly recommend Ayers Valley Farm Meats. Their customer service is personal and outstanding. I feel very good about supporting this business.
