  • Our meats are delivered frozen to best preserve the quality. We pack our products into insulated boxes with dry ice so even if you're not home when they are delivered they will stay fresh until you unpack them the evening of delivery.

  • We deliver orders on a weekly basis and you will be given an estimated delivery date prior to confirming your order. Orders can arrive in as early as 2 days depending upon your order date. Deliveries will occur during standard UPS delivery times.

  • We do our best to fulfill all orders as submitted. We will ship the order without the out of stock item.

  • Yes, there is a $99, $125, or $175 order minimum, as outlined on the map and graph above to ensure we have enough product in your box to maintain a safe shipping temperature.

  • We deliver all across the USA, including Hawaii and Alaska.

  • Yes, once we generate the label for shipping you will receive a separate email including the tracking code for you to track your order throughout transit.

  • This can happen from time to time, especially during the summer! No worries, as long as your meat is still refrigerator cold (41 degrees Fahrenheit or less) it is good to place back into the freezer because it is vacuum sealed.

  • Our packaging is clean. Pull out the foam panels, recycle the film and cardboard. Once the foam and film are separated, you’re able to dispose as you choose! Compost, as it is BPI-Certified to decompose in 12 weeks or less. Don't want to compost? No problem, just dissolve in water and watch it safely "melt" down the drain.
