NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters.

1. SPONSOR. Ayers Valley Farm LLC ("Sponsor"), 9359 State Route 353, Russellville, OH 45168.

2. ELIGIBILITY. Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, and their immediate family members and members of the same household are not eligible. Void in Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

3. ENTRY PERIOD. The Giveaway begins on October 6, 2026 at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on October 23, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device.

4. HOW TO ENTER. During the Entry Period, visit ayersvalleyfarm.com/pages/giveaway and submit the entry form (first name and valid email required; mobile number optional). This constitutes one (1) entry.

Alternative Method of Entry (no purchase necessary): Hand-print your full name, mailing address, email, and date of birth on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a stamped envelope to: Ayers Valley Farm Giveaway, 9359 State Route 353, Russellville, OH 45168. Mail-in entries must be postmarked within the Entry Period and received by October 30, 2026. Each mail-in entry equals one (1) entry.

5. ENTRY LIMIT. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address, regardless of method. Automated, incomplete, or illegible entries are void. Use of multiple identities or addresses is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

6. PRIZES. There are three (3) prize tiers:

(a) Grand Prize (one (1) winner): three (3) free "Large Family" boxes of Ayers Valley Farm products. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $1,050. Winner also receives Sponsor's standard bonus item in each box for so long as an active, paid subscription is maintained; this ongoing benefit has no cash value and ends if the subscription lapses.

(b) Second Prize (five (5) winners): $150 off the winner's first three (3) boxes ($50 off per box). ARV: $150 each. Winners also receive the standard bonus item per box for so long as a paid subscription remains active.

(c) Third Prize (all eligible new-subscriber entrants): $75 off the first three (3) boxes ($25 off per box), the standard bonus item in every box, and two (2) free chicken tenderloins. ARV: approximately $100 per recipient. THE THIRD PRIZE IS AVAILABLE TO NEW SUBSCRIBERS ONLY. It is awarded to every eligible new-subscriber entrant who does not win the Grand or Second Prize (it is not awarded by random drawing) and must be redeemed by October 28, 2026. It cannot be combined with other offers and has no cash value.

(d) Eligibility by tier: The Grand Prize and Second Prize are open to ALL entrants, new and existing customers. The Third Prize is available to NEW SUBSCRIBERS ONLY; existing customers are not eligible for the Third Prize.

(e) Prizes are non-transferable; no substitution or cash equivalent, except Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if one becomes unavailable.

[LEGAL NOTE: The Third Prize is a guaranteed benefit to all eligible new-subscriber entrants rather than a random-draw prize; counsel may prefer to classify it as a "gift with entry." Flagged for your review.]

7. ODDS. Odds of winning the Grand or Second Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION. On or about October 24, 2026, Sponsor will select six (6) prize winners (one Grand, five Second) in a random drawing from all eligible entries. Winners are notified by email and must respond within five (5) days. Unclaimed or forfeited prizes may be redrawn, time permitting.

9. TAXES. All taxes on any prize are the winner's sole responsibility. For any prize with an ARV of $600 or more, the winner must complete an IRS Form W-9 before the prize is awarded, and Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 as required.

10. PUBLICITY. Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes consent for Sponsor to use the winner's first name, last initial, city, state, statements, and likeness for advertising and promotion, worldwide, without further compensation.

11. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. By entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the Giveaway or any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or undeliverable entries, or for technical or human errors.

12. DISPUTES; GOVERNING LAW. These Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Except where prohibited, disputes shall be resolved individually, without class action, and exclusively in the state or federal courts in Ohio. Entrants waive punitive, incidental, and consequential damages. [LEGAL: confirm courts vs. binding arbitration.]

13. PRIVACY. Information collected is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy at ayersvalleyfarm.com/policies/privacy-policy. By entering and opting in, entrants consent to receive marketing email and/or SMS and may unsubscribe anytime.

14. GENERAL CONDITIONS. If the Giveaway cannot run as planned (virus, tampering, fraud, technical failure, or any cause beyond Sponsor's control), Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend it and select winners from eligible entries received to that point. If any provision is held invalid, the rest remain in effect.

15. PLATFORM DISCLAIMER. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Google, or any platform. Entrants release these platforms from liability.

16. WINNERS LIST. For winners' names, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Sponsor address by November 24, 2026.
