Work directly with Josh and Taylor to scale creative volume alongside spend.
Location: Remote (US-based), monthly travel to our Ohio farm
Compensation: $55,000–$75,000, with upside as spend and performance scale
We're a regenerative family farm and e-commerce meat subscription brand, helping families get transparently raised meat delivered to their door.
Responsibilities
- Audit our content/ad workflow and propose a better system
- Scale creative testing with spend — starting at 14+ tests/week, growing toward 50–60+
- Turn customer stories and farm proof into hooks, scripts, and series that lower CAC
- Direct monthly on-farm shoots plus remote UGC; own editing/quality review
- Schedule/publish across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts
- Build ready-to-launch ad drafts in Meta Ads Manager; deliver weekly results recap
Results
14+ tests/week scaling toward 50–60+; CAC at or below target as spend grows; CTR, thumb-stop, and MER improve; Josh and Taylor's time is reclaimed.
Requirements
- 3+ years direct-response short-form/paid social for DTC brands
- Systems thinker who leads AI tools/editors, not doing every edit yourself
- Confident building structured drafts in Meta Ads Manager
- Values-aligned with a regenerative, openly Christian, family-farm brand
Reports to Josh Ayers, Owner-Operator.
