- (1 pack (or Plain Pork Sausage to be seasoned))Pork Sausage (Chorizo, Sugar Free)
- (1 cup, finely diced) White Onions
- (1/4 cup, freshly chopped) Cilantro
- (2, cut into wedges for garnish) Limes
- Avocado Oil, Tallow or Lard - for frying
- (1 pound (for salsa verde)) Tomatillos, husked and rinsed
- (1-2 (for salsa verde)) Jalapeño Peppers, stemmed and seeded for less heat - spicier? Add more.
- (1/2 cup, roughly chopped (for salsa verde)) White Onion
- (2, minced) Garlic Cloves
- (1/2 cup) Cilantro Leaves
