Honey Teriyaki Glazed Sockeye Salmon

Ingredients
  • (2-4 filets)Sockeye Salmon Filet (Boneless)
  • (1/4 cup) Teriyaki Sauce (we use Primal Kitchen)
  • (3 Tbsp.) Honey
  • (2 Tbsp.) Lemon Juice
  • (2 cloves) Minced Garlic
  • (1 Tbsp.) Avocado Oil
  • Sea Salt & Pepper, to taste.
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Make the glaze: Whisk together teriyaki sauce, honey, lemon juice, garlic, and oil.

  3. Prep the salmon: Pat dry and lay skin-side down on the sheet. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.

  4. Glaze generously, brushing the mixture over the fillets.

  5. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

  6. Optional broil: Broil for 1–2 minutes to caramelize the glaze.

  7. Serve with rice, crisp cucumber, and nori for a fresh, family-friendly meal.
