(2 cups) Pancake or Biscuit Mix (I used @just.ingredients protein pancake mix)
(1/3 cup) Water
(1/3 milk) Milk
(2 cups) cheddar cheese (shred it yourself to avoid anti-caking ingredients in preshredded cheese)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, then use a cookie scoop to scoop it out and roll into a tight ball.
Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees F for 24 minutes, rotating your pan halfway through until the meat is thoroughly cooked to at least 145 degrees F. Enjoy!
